Accra Great Olympics has served another interlocutory injunction to the Ghana Football Association to stop the commencement of the 2017/18 season which is set to begin this weekend.
The first injunction case served by the Wonder Club was thrown out by an Accra High Court last week Wednesday to pave way for the commencement of the new season after they filed a protest against Bechem United after fielding an unqualified player last season.
And in an interview with Accra based Happy FM, the General Manager of the club, Oloboi Commodore confirmed that his outfit has served the Ghana Football Association with another injunction.
“It is true that we have served the GFA with another injunction. The Ghana Premier League won’t come on this weekend.
“It is not our intention to stop the league but we need justice. We are seeking for justice. The league can’t be played without Olympics,” he added.
