Joseph Awinongya Senior and Junior, the Rising Star will be in Ghana on Sunday, February 6.
An program has been drawn on some eminent personalities that they will call on, including the Sports Minister, Hon. Mustapha Ussif, Alhaji Inusah and the National Chief Imam, Chief of Ashiaman, Azumah Nelson, Ike Quartey, Asamoah Gyan, 2020 Olympic Bronze Medalist Samuel Takyi, Coach Asare of the Black Bombers, executives of the Ghana Boxing Federation (GBF), Boxing Writers Association of Ghana (BWAG) and others.
Sule Ayuune, a musician from Bolga will entertain the guests.
Awinongya Senior is a coach based in the USA, who has groomed his talented son, Awinongya Junior to become a popular classic boxer with a lot of admirers and fans, especially in Illinois..
The 14 year old sensation who has won the national championship eight times, Junior Olympic champion and Silver Gloves National Champion will be at various institutions and like the NSA and GOC to share his experience and love.
A documentary will also be shot in Accra and Bolga with boxing people and other places that they will visit.
