Assistant Coach of the Black Stars, Coach Maxwell Konadu has backed Aduana Stars to progress to the next stage of the CAF Champions League.
The Ghana Premier League Champions will host Al Tahaddy on Wednesday at the Nana Agyeman Badu Park in the Champions League. Aduana lost 1-0 in Egypt against the Libyans but Coach Konadu is confident the “Ogya Boys” can be victorious over Tahaddy.
“I believe aduana stars can qualify, make us proud ogya boys,” he tweeted.
Aduana Stars will have to win by a two or more goal margin against the Libyans to progress.
The Dormaa based club have been very active in the market as they intensify preparations for the CAF Champions League.
The former premier league Champions had a good game in the first leg but missed a couple of chances. However, the club is poised to make amends on Wednesday.
