Ghana’s Jessie Manyo-Plange and Michael Dasmarinas will be fighting this Saturday, September 29, 2018 at the Marina Bay Sandso in Singapore.
The clash will be Manyo Plange’s desire to face Dasmarinas for his IBO bantamweight belt.
Before the fight, the two boxers met for the first time in a press conference to declare their preparedness to rumble.
Manyo-Plange, former Ghana Amateur Boxing skipper with 17 undefeated pro record said in an interview, “I’m ready for the upcoming fight. My aim is to win and I’m going to achieve it.”

“Dasmarinas is a good fight fighter no doubt about, he is the reigning champion but I will dethrone him no matter. I have been waiting for this opportunity and finally, I have gotten, so I won’t disappoint my fans.”
“I will surely bring honour to Ghana.”
Dasmarinas said, “I am excited to fight again, I wish the fight were tomorrow already.”
“As a boxer, I am I’m training very hard for this next fight. I’m training as hard as the last time, but now I want to prove myself even more as a boxer, especially now, that I have the IBO World Bantamweight belt with me. To my fans, please keep on supporting me, and praying for our win. To the Filipinos, especially those in Singapore, please come and support my fight. I will make sure I would win for my country.”
