Meet Kwe Julliete Ngwankfu: The Brain Behind Juzzy Pappus’ Peanut Coating Machine

 

 

I’m called Kwe Julliete Ngwankfu (23), a year four student of the College of Technology (COLTECH) under the department of Agricultural Engineering of the University of Bamenda (UBa)

PASSION

My Passion is to build outstanding woman in the area of Entrepreneurship.

PROBLEM

Coating peanuts manually has been so challenging as many young girls do this as a source of income, despites the high demands of this snack, they find it difficult always meeting up with their customers. This is done by rotating groundnut in a bowl while adding coating ingredients and flour,till it attain required sizes, with the drudgery and constraints involved in doing this crunchy snack, I started making findings on fabricating a machine that will coat peanuts within a lesser period of time.

SOLUTION

The machine can coat peanuts within a lesser period of time as compared to the manual way of doing it. The name of this machine is Juzzy PAPPUS’ PEANUT COATING MACHINE.
