The game went into recess with both teams at equal strength, but on resumption, Isaac Debrah converted a penalty for New Dove after Edward Osei fouled an attacker.
Ayertey again equalized for Parin FC, to make the scores two all.
Both sides battled to take control of the game, with tensed moments as action swing from one side to the other.
At this point, the game was halted as fans of New Dove invaded the inner perimeter but center referee ensured order.
