A Ghanaian businessman, Dennis Ansong has become a victim of landguard terror following a clash on a parcel of land he owns at Nsakina, a suburb in Accra, Ghana.
According to Mr. Ansong, he bought the parcel of land legitimately from one Nii Odartei of Nsakina Family, in 2019 and have all the relevant documents to his name.
But, things took a dramatic turn soon after the family head passed on as some other family members begun to make financial demands from Mr. Ansong from time to time with regards to the same land he had started building on.
Mr. Ansong explained that things became worst for him when he could no longer raise money for them any longer.
Banterifically, Mr. Ansong began to receive strange calls from unknown numbers, claiming that they had been contacted by someone from the family to warn him not to step foot on the land unless he pay for the land again despite having a full ownership of the land in question, and that the person who sold the land to him did not settle the entire family.
This unfortunate incident, according to Mr. Ansong stalled the construction of his building for months until he decided to employ the services of private security guards to provide protection for his contractor and workers anytime they had work to do at the site.
On one unfortunate day, however, the landguards who claimed to have been hired by a certain member of the family and the private security operatives clashed at the site leading to five people sustaining serious injuries.
According to Mr. Ansong, his phones has been inundated with calls from the landguards, warning him not to ever visit the land if he indeed love his life.
