An all female Taekwondo group specially selected from the WAM Taekwondo Academy and Martin Luther King School stole the show at the second Women In Sports Association (WISA) Awards with a splendid performance at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday.
Inspired and invited by the Ghana Taekwondo Federation (GTF), the female performers from Martin Luther King Junior Schools TKD Club Ashaiman-Lebanon and The West African Mission Tkd Academy Tema, led by their TDK coach did marvelous show.
The team leader, Selome Fayise said “We thank our Tkd President Master Frederick Otu for the sreat Support, God richly bless him and all the kids”.
The performance covered Tkd Poomsae, Tkd Aerobic Dance, Skill Board Breaking, Power Board Breaking, Tactical Self Defense and Nunchaku Display, among others.
